After twenty years of working in the corporate world, I changed direction completely and studied in the fields of holistic health and spirituality. I have been the owner-operator of Healing from the Heart since 2004 and am currently based in Yandina, Sunshine Coast.

I am down-to-earth, practical, and intuitive and I may assist you to achieve the greatest possible benefits in life. I provide the framework for you to release stress, trauma, dis-ease, and pain from your body, to calm and open your mind so that you can free your soul.

I help you create a clearer picture of what you have chosen for this lifetime. I have been a psychic Numerology and Tarot reader since 2004 and worked for many years at the exclusive Gwinganna Retreat and Eden Health Retreats as a reader, healer, and Yoga/TRE instructor.

Yoga and TRE are the perfect stress relief combination. I offer weekly classes and 1-1 sessions

I am crazy about dogs and still do the occasional petsit. Sometimes I  have a fur baby at home to practice Reiki on or to join you in a sTREss Away class if they are well-behaved.

Since 2023 I have added TRE (Trauma Release Experience) and SRI (Somatic Respiratory Integration) as a provider at Spine of Life in Peregian Beach. Offering weekly TRE classes as well as private sessions.

I am Mumma to two beautiful grown-up daughters and now I have two delightful granddaughters who bring so much joy and constantly remind me about the gift of being present!
