I am a Nutritional Therapist and I teach food workshops on topics like gut health, libido and stress, and clean eating for weight loss. I coach my clients through their health challenges until they are bursting with vitality and aliveness! I see my personal clients in the comfort of their own homes and online, supporting them to reclaim their power around their health and wellbeing through diet, lifestyle changes and education.
The best part of my job is sharing the wins, the personal growth, the increase in energy and vibrancy and the unexpected joy and playfulness my clients find along their health journey.
We all deserve to live a life of adventure, and it’s up to us to look after our body and mind so it can keep up!

Our approach is a bit different. We offer Nutritional Therapy combined with Aliveness Coaching. We also offer fun things like:
- Health Food Store Tours
- Pantry Detox
- Cooking classes
- Workshops and Seminars
- Aliveness group sessions
- Retreats
- Group coaching calls for diet change support
This combination is powerful in creating optimal health and lasting change, and our ‘Whole Life Health’ approach detects and addresses all the areas of your life that are contributing to your symptoms, and gives you simple yet effective strategies to transform your stress into freedom!
Many factors can contribute to your current state of health. Some of the areas we look at are diet, food intolerances, deficiencies, gut health, toxicity and inflammation; emotional aspects such as stress, a sense of unfulfilled purpose, patterns of behaviour and self-limiting beliefs; and lifestyle factors including exercise, play and your physical environment.
Our Whole Life Health program allows us to work with the primary or root causes of your health issues in a time frame that supports and empowers you to create lasting change to your wellbeing. Many clients report benefits in their health and life that were entirely unexpected!
There is no ‘one size fits all’ diet or treatment. Your program is tailored to meet your most pressing needs, with your current health concerns, your lifestyle, your beliefs, your sensitivities and preferences all being taken into account. You are listened to and respected as an expert on your own body and life.

What to expect in your consultation
When you make an appointment, you will be sent a comprehensive health history form and diet analysis to complete before your first consultation. Your initial consultation will take approximately 90 minutes. We will have a lively discussion of your health concerns and goals, and I take a thorough picture of your health history, symptoms and possible contributing factors. Relevant tests will be ordered such as food sensitivity testing, blood tests and comprehensive stool analysis for further investigations if necessary. I will give you some general nutrition and lifestyle advice, and after the appointment, I will collate and consolidate our findings into a unique treatment program.
At your second appointment (1 hour appointment, from one day to one week after the initial consult) I will provide you with a treatment plan, which includes relevant nutritional and dietary advice, recipes and food ideas, supplements to correct any imbalances, lifestyle advice specific to your condition and hand-outs to give you more information and ideas.
Follow up appointments are generally 45 mins to an hour in length.
I also offer support beyond the consultation – I am available by phone, email, Instagram and Facebook as well as in regular workshops, to provide ongoing support, strategies, knowledge, inspiration and motivation to increase your chance of success in treatment.
