This is my article published in Holistic Bliss October 2021 edition. I share my recipe for getting the best out of life, no matter what is happening!
When Covid became a buzzword back in 2020, my partner and I had been pet-sitting around Australia and the UK. Suddenly locked into Queensland and having our Sunshine Coast dog-sit cut short, we settled here and I explored how I could join like-minded communities in the area. At a time when the only social life was a walk on the beach with the dog, that wasn’t easy. Once I found employment things improved and I realised that there had never been a better time to relaunch my healing business. I am creating an Inspired BEing Community and I invite you to join me.
What do we need right now?
- A friendly face and voice, in person or online, reassurance that we are not alone
- A chance to relax and release stress, tension and trauma (past and present)
- An insightful delve into our lives, our thoughts and dreams, understanding our relationships and ourselves
- Learning how to heal ourselves, and those we love
- Stretching and strengthening our body to create awareness and resilience in our life. Finding our regular practise that is beneficial and enjoyable so we can stick at it. (Some of our students have been attending online at least once per week since CoVid began.)
- To relax using whatever methods work for us.
- To enjoy being part of a friendly and uplifting community, together or online.
I looked at my years of training and facilitating and knew my vocation is to assist us to survive and thrive. To find a place of awareness and calm no matter what is going on around us.
This is the menu I have come up with and I trust there is something for everyone.
Online and face-to-face classes and readings are available so distance and lockdowns are no problem.
